I stumbled upon this little gem while wandering around the beautiful coastal town of Kiama. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior has a quirky, industrial vibe that really sets it apart from your usual cafes. I decided to try their signature cold brew and a slice of their homemade banana bread, and both exceeded my expectations! The coffee was exceptionally smooth with just the right amount of kick, perfect for a mid-morning pick-me-up. The banana bread, on the other hand, was moist and packed with flavour - I could have easily eaten a whole loaf! What I particularly appreciated was the staff’s friendliness. They were not only attentive but also seemed genuinely passionate about what they were serving, which made my experience even more enjoyable. I also loved how they showcased local artwork on the walls, giving the place a unique character. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be to have a more extensive menu, especially for brunch options. While the offerings were delightful, I found myself wishing for a few more savoury choices. Additionally, it would be great to have some outside seating for those sunny days.
